How to Track Your Order
At DeskSavvy Supplies, we make it easy for you to track your stationery order every step of the way. Here's how our order tracking process works:
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your order details and estimated delivery date.
- Processing Notification: When your order enters our fulfillment process, you'll receive a second email with your tracking number.
- Shipping Notification: Once your package is handed to the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with active tracking information.
- Delivery Updates: The carrier will provide regular updates about your package's journey until it reaches you.
Tracking Your Package
To track your order, simply:
- Locate your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email
- Click the tracking link provided in the email, or
- Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number
For international shipments or consolidated tracking across multiple carriers, we recommend using:

- Enter your tracking number in the search field
- Click "Track" to view your package's journey
Need Help With Tracking?
If you experience any issues tracking your order or if your tracking information hasn't updated for several days, please:
- Wait 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number as carrier systems may need time to update
- Check with your local post office if the package shows as delivered but you haven't received it
- Contact our customer service team if you need further assistance
