At DeskSavvy Supplies, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • You must request a refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Note: Personalized or custom-made stationery items (including engraved bookmarks or monogrammed notebooks) are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details
  2. We will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • You may not need to return the damaged item (we'll advise)

International Returns

For international customers:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
